Nick Rhind has been a pioneer for the development of digital services in the UK for over two decades. His unique understanding of the intersection between creativity, technology and innovation became the driving force for a remarkable journey from start-up founder to incredibly successful CEO and now as an independent consultant.

In 2003, Nick founded CTI Digital as a full-service digital transformation agency that grew through an aligned strategy of organic growth and acquisition into an enterprise of over 250 staff with almost £20m revenues and a 30% EBITDA, achieving a £60m EV. Under his guidance and leadership, CTI Digital became the leading company in their space and ultimately attracted investment from the private equity arm of Lloyds Bank.

Nick has a passion for helping support new business leaders realise their potential using his own immeasurable knowledge and experience of navigating the entire process. Importantly, this means thinking beyond the exit and preparing for the next stage of their own journey.
